Horrible customer service
In general: I wish I could leave a ZERO. This place has absolutely the worst possible customer service I have ever encountered, even traveling 3rd world countries. I made a reservation. Never received ANY confirmation that the reservation was made. Never received any reminders. When I went to look up my reservation, I did not locate it. I tried to call - no answer. I booked another place, nearby, thinking I may have not finalized the reservation. I saw a change show up on my credit card, tried to call to see if we can work something out. I was told by a very rude Owner that nothing can be done and the mistake was mine. The hotel never called me to inquire why I did not show up for my stay.. I would not use this place. Local AirBnBs are WAY better - cheaper, better amenities, and MUCH better service. Service: Worst I've ever experienced, even in the developing world.
